Athleticism, Community, Excellence
Cheyenne Roller Derby (CRD) is a league-owned and operated non-profit based out of Roller City in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We play flat track roller derby as a recreational league under USARS (USA Roller Sports), but follow the WFTDA (Women’s Flat Track Derby Association) rule set. Since our founding in 2010, CRD has been dedicated to not only kicking butt on the track but giving back by volunteering throughout the community, fostering athletic growth for children and adults, and providing entertainment to Cheyenne’s locals.
The Adult Team:
Cheyenne Capidolls “The Dolls”
The Cheyenne Capidolls is CRD’s adult team made up of skaters from all backgrounds and skill levels. Not to be underestimated, they are three-time state champions at the Wyoming Roller Derby Cup tournament. The Capidolls play women and co-ed bouts at home and throughout the region.

Athleticism, Community, Excellence
Roller Derby started in the 1930s on banked tracks where its crazy outfits and hard hits led to its increased popularity through the 1970s. Modern roller derby is played on a flat track in many different venues. It’s less theatrical but far more competitive, producing some of today’s best athletes.
